Not only was I impressed by the willingness to help but the vast knowledge the team had. These folks did a really great job cleaning the tile and replacing caulk & grout. They are very knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

Jimmy and his team did a fantastic job with our shower repair. We had a situation where we converted from frame glass to frameless glass and the shower started leaking water in the floor. Come to find out our shower curb was not properly sloped. Jimmy and his team were able to make these repairs and other enhancements to the shower floor to ensure the water correctly drained properly while being able to save our new shower glass! That’s a huge benefit since most glass companies won’t do this since it’s highly likely tiles will move after repair, but the focus to detail Jimmy and his team has allowed this to happen. The crew showed up on time each day, hit their committed timeline, and left each day cleaning up to where we could still use our bathroom each day. Really satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them!

We hired Tile Grout Masters to repair tile grout, seal and clean the grout in 4 bathrooms and 4 tiled floors. They also cleaned the drains which had accumulated calcium and debris and would backup sometimes. Jimmy and Chris Ann, the owners, were very prompt and a pleasure to work with from beginning to end of project. Jimmy is very knowledgeable and looked at the project, made suggestions, explained all the steps of the work and assured me his team would do a thorough job. Chris Ann scheduled the technicians and contacted me throughout to make sure the project was going well. Keith worked on 3 of the bathrooms and floors and he is amazing. He showed up on time every time, is very personable, professional, knowledgeable, meticulous, detail oriented and repaired transformed 3 of my bathrooms that had missing grout, stained grout, old looking tiles and drainage issues. A second technician, Chris came on the last day and completed one bathroom and one floor and he also did a great job. Overall, the technicians made my bathrooms look like new installations. We no longer have leaks from missing bathroom tile grout and shower water drains rapidly. We were surprised the change was so significant since the tiles previously looked darker and stained. I received quotes from three different companies and they had the best price. I highly recommend tile grout masters. They perform excellent work, respond quickly, are veteran owned, follow through and make sure you are happy with the results. I will definitely hire them again if I have any other tile related repairs in the future.

My husband and I are extreamly satisfied with Gout Master’s work . Jimmy came out, gave us a price to re-grout my daughters bathroom. She has a handicapped shower . Jimmy explained everything to us. Gave great advise. Price was fair for what needed to be done.Keith came to our house on time, explained everything to me. Did what needed to be done . Gave great advice. Keith cleaned up after himself . Most of all he was respectful of our time and our situation.
